Last updated: August 2026. These terms apply to all services provided by KA Digital Media ("we", "us") to you, the client.

Services

We provide food image transformation, photography-style editing, website design and digital content services. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline are agreed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and payment

• Prices are quoted per project or package and are in GBP.
• Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit may be required before work starts, with the balance due on delivery.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying source photos, brand assets and feedback in good time, and for confirming that you own or have permission to use anything you send us.

Revisions

Each package includes a stated number of revisions. We will revise an image or page until the style and presentation are right within that allowance; additional rounds may be quoted separately.

Accuracy of imagery

Our editing improves lighting, presentation, background and overall quality while keeping the dish recognisable. You remain responsible for ensuring your published imagery fairly represents the product customers receive.

Ownership and usage

On full payment you receive a licence to use the delivered assets across your website, delivery platforms, Google Business and social media. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel before delivery. Work already completed is chargeable, and deposits covering that work are non-refundable.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected project. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
